Main memories / impressions:
Catching up with one of the custodians, who's been around since not just my student days, but my father's. He doesn't seem to have aged at all - I'm beginning to suspect that all college porters are actually Istari, and start off looking old, then stay put for millennia.
Winding up Bouncy Elf, with stories (all true!) of ghosts in college.
The live gargoyle (shaped like a heron) that was perched, I mean carved, on a chimney overlooking Tom Quad. In the afternoon sunlight it was quite clearly made of the same stone as the rest of the building - but every now and then it moved, and some people even claimed they'd seen it fly down to the goldfish pond.
Godchildren all over the place!
Mastermindchamp being challenged to repeat the Ring Verse in the original Black Speech, and Tech Ops promptly turning off all the lights and plunging the room into darkness.
Catching up with old friends, and making more old friends. Don't know what it is about TSoc, but somehow people seem to go very quickly from "seen once before, didn't actually introduce myself, I think", through "why didn't I make the effort to get to know this person earlier", to "known all, or at least most, of my life, and therefore familiar with all previous scandal".
